Forgetting to do something important could be a big problem.

Sticky notes all over the desk as a visual reminder to complete a task may look messy.

Digital calendars are awesome, but those hourly reminders when you try to rest at home or in the middle of a lecture are unpleasant.

Give yourself a chance!
Give yourself a chance to look organized. Add all tasks in the calendar.

Give yourself a chance to rest. Don’t mix your personal and professional schedules on your phone calendar. Important meetings are one thing, but having regular to-do items on your calendar with reminders and alarms are annoying at best.
Add new tasks for tomorrow on a paper calendar and leave it at work. Or take it home and only check it when you want to bother yourself with the school agenda.

Who made this template?
My name is Tatiana Crawford. I am a teacher with 8 years of experience. I use 2 copies of this calendar every year.

One copy is to collect information about student’s birthdays. It is displayed on the information board and each class celebrates each student when the day comes.
Another copy is added to my journal where I add daily tasks that I must do in the morning to be ready for the day. Important meetings and days off reminders are added in different color.

I hope you will benefit from this great planning tool!
